Overview
The Tarmac Rammer is capable of increasing the height of individual, placed Road Blocks, consuming Road Fragments in the process. It’s the perfect pair for a Pneumatic Drill!
Usage
First, get some Road Fragments in your inventory. The fragment type must match the Road Block you’re targeting. Now, right-click the Road Block with your Tarmac Rammer – the height will increase by one. Simple!
